Just had an Asda sour dough pizza lashed on some extra cheese, jalapeños and vegan pepperoni. And herbs. Lovely. Feel like a fat pig now

Had a set banquet for 4 people last night at the North Garden in Chinatown.

Ridiculous amount of food, but all very tasty and didn’t disappoint.

Had what I like to call a Full English Plus this morning: 3 Fried Eggs, 3 Bacon, 2 Sausage, 2 Black Pudding, 2 Hash Brown, Mushrooms, Baked Beans, Plum Tomatoes, 1 Fried Bread, 4 toast, with a nice mug of tea.

'Bout to throw some pork tenderloin in the air fryer...love this thing, big enough to fit your typical frozen pizza in and can use an attachable thermometer to cook by internal temperature so no fretting over turning stuff in to charcoal; works great...added to list of indispensable kitchen applicances along with the Vitamix.

Salmon, new pots and carrots. An enormous piece of Christmas cake, which didn't look that enormous when I cut it. Still, had to be eaten.
