First time in years I had some Cheese Hamwiches.

What have they done to them? They didn't even have any cheese in.

This is the time where all the early work in the garden comes to fruition, so my old Dad and myself have had some new Maris Peer potatoes out of his pots and some peas freshly picked off the row with a Ginsters Cheese and Onion pasty each and some gravy.
My old Dad is 88 and his work ethic still puts me to shame and it's this time of year from now on where he's properly pleased where all the time we spent on the vegetable beds and pots feed us for a few weeks.
Runner beans, more spuds, lettuce, red onions and tomatoes to come over the next few weeks.
