Try it with Feta

Good call. A Cypriot friend of mine introduced me to one of their regional dishes. Feta baked in this thin phyllo style pastry, drizzled with honey.
Amazing stuff.

Home made chicken noodle soup, done the chicken bones / stock in the slow cooker yesterday. Big round of crusty white bread and butter.
