I've delved into the art of making curries using the fantastic Al's Kitchen 30 minute series on YouTube.
Last night I made Chicken Tikka Masala. Had the meat marinating from the night before. Bl00dy hell it was good. Served half/half chips and rice because I hadn't enough rice. DOH

I don't eat mash, but it does sound like it would be nice.

At risk of abuse of those who get twisted over pineapple on pizza, he's some Pineapple Fried Rice for just under 2 quid sat on the pavement.
It was more pineapply than I thought it would be, interesting. Can't decide if it's ace or terrible.
