Toasted ‘Jason’s Sourdough Ciabatini’ slathered with Nduja and drizzled with Mikes Hot Honey.

Been meaning to get / try ‘hot honey’ for ages, can’t believe I waited so long. It’s currently going on pretty much everything I eat.

An egg sando is vastly under rated.
Place called Egg Run does a concession in my work occasionally, their egg sarnie (w bacon) is on another level though.

I have a nice association with golumpki.

My mother-in-law cooked some up right before my wife went into labor with our first child. Got back from the hospital some fifteen hours later and the apartment was still filled with wafting of golumpki.

Read about a few places putting it on pizzas with nduja, or on fried chicken etc and though that sounds like a bit of me!
Googled it and seemingly ‘Mikes Hot Honey’ was one of the first brands doing it so got a bottle from Amazon.
Have to say it’s surprising hot (name should have given it away like), and obviously has a sweetness to balance the heat.
Can’t have too much of it on anything as I think it would be overpowering but defo worth a try if it sounds like your sort of thing.
Supposed to be good with cheese to, manchego and that sort of thing I’d guess.

There’s load of different brands doing it now and you can get different types like jalepeno or cayenne ones. I got a 24oz bottle but 12oz would have been plenty.
