I bought a large portion of chips from my local chippy ; got home and it was enormous. Valiantly tried to eat them but there's millions left. Hate seeing chips going to waste, but there's no longer room at the inn. lol

Made Reuben sandwiches, but used sliced roasted beets rather than corned beef (partner is a vegetarian). Delicious, as it's really all about 1000 Island dressing, sour kraut, swiss cheese, and heavily buttered grilled rye.
