Yo pootsy.Pizza and chips night in Chez Poots last night and I've devised a cunning plan to stop the kids finishing their pizza and then focusing on mine. I take a plain Margarita pizza and add LOTS of red onion, peppers and chilli. Then a few minutes before it comes out of the oven, I make two small recesses and crack an egg into each.
Baked Eggs on a Pizza is the kids version of Sunlight to a Vampire.
Mighty tasty too. And meatless which makes me feel I'm doing my part for the environment. Not bad for a Carnivore.
