Here in Asheville there is a delicious restaurant that we used to go often but since Covid began we don't go as much as they only have inside seating.

I’m the cook in my house, my Mrs isn’t much of a cook were as I enjoy it but I made the Ramen on a night she’d gone out as she’s not a massive fan. to be ho eat there aren’t a lot of great Ramen places here but I’d been watching Strictly Dumpling on YouTube and he’d tackled some great ramens so

Lucky for your Mrs. I’m the one who cooks at home, my hubby is great at BBQ but throughout the week he is too busy to deal with the kitchen.
We are fortunate to have a few ramen places around Asheville but I wouldn’t mind learning to make it at home so whenever you come up with the recipe I will be thankful. I may also search on my own on YouTube and see what I find. You’ve motivated me
