Maybe more basil? Equal parts green, white and red.... and a lighter dressing of oil/vinegar

It was indeed a Caprese salad but I couldn't remember the name lol There was a lot of basil, just hiding under the tomatoes. Also lots of balsamic vinegar and olive oil, I love the combination. Yesterday I had another Caprese salad but this time with yellow tomatoes, have a lot of tomatoes and basil harvesting at the moment and it is so simple to do that they have become my staple salad for this week.This looks like a Caprese Salad, for short.

Mine too! My tomato and basil plants have done well this year so it helps to have most of the ingredients just outside one’s kitchen door
