Really, apple sauce? Never had it like that but I have had caramelized apples with pork chops before and they can be heavenly.

Is your sweet potato mash like a dessert Sassy? I went to see a friend in Washington for Thanks Giving once, it was like an all you could eat dessert bar. Even the normal mash had about a bag of sugar in it
