RIP.I had a horse tenderloin steak with red wine/balsamic reduction and wild mushrooms in onion and cream sauce ,served with potato segments roasted in butter .
I had no other way to describe it ,it is a potato sliced like orange segments ,sort of boat shaped ,in Finnish "Veneperuna"RIP.

That's the big oval fatty one ?Tonight we will have common bream ( Abramis brama ) It is eaten in most of Europe but not so much in the UK .I think it has a lovely sweet taste and as we catch it ourselves it is even better.
Yes it looks fat but no fat on the fish itself.We also eat perch here and that is something that you should try ,in fact they are both worth it but they have more bones than most Brits will tolerate .That's the big oval fatty one ?
