What Did You Last Eat Thread

I had a horse tenderloin steak with red wine/balsamic reduction and wild mushrooms in onion and cream sauce ,served with potato segments roasted in butter .

Yes it looks fat but no fat on the fish itself.We also eat perch here and that is something that you should try ,in fact they are both worth it but they have more bones than most Brits will tolerate .
Yeah, I meant fatty as in plump, very tasty.
Doesn't perch have a reputation for having a 'muddy' taste ?
