I must admit if it goes on a plate it will probably go in my mouth ,but I would draw the line there:lol:

To be honest I have heard of it but never seen it,as apart from training always worked in mental health ,more cash mind you its also more bruises:lol: as for putting me off that would take a lot more than that was working nights once and just as my mate and I were about to eat our meal a patient kicked off banging the door of his room so when we opened it he threw two big handfuls of [Poor language removed] at us so by the time we settled him we stunk of [Poor language removed] ,any how after a quick shower sat down to dine and the young lad with me could not eat his he was green in the face so being a kind caring nurse I ate his meal for him:lol::lol::lol:

you ever work at rainhill or winwick roy ?
NO I escorted patients transferred to rainhill as I was mainly in special hospitals as the money was better and we got the civil service pension the inflation proof one .I knew a lot of staff and patients from them and my sister in law thats in bracklesham worked at both.If I had been training to be a enrolled nurse I would have done 6 months at rainhill but being a registered one I went to greaves hall in southport, that Rainhill was so depressing all gloomy corridors.I was always happy to get out.(y)
