Was listening to this the other day. Always think this band don’t get the recognition they deserve. Certainly when compared with more middle of the road acts like Pearl Jam and Alice in Chains. Get the impression, it would be all different if Billy Corgan had topped himself around about 97 instead of becoming some weird parody figure.

It did for sure. They fell off a cliff.

I like listening to the likes of Pearl Jam and AIC but they’re nowhere near as creative. Prefer Gish, Siamese dream and Melon Collie to most Nirvana stuff as well. Especially their later releases. In retrospect, for me, it was the best stuff to come out of the states in the early to mid 90s.
