What are you currently listening to?

Oxon that was me who repped you. I fudged up and sent it without commenting.

I completely agree with you there on The XX and Arcade Fire, two great albums.

Although I'm not that in to Rap/Hip Hop I quite enjoyed The Roots' album too.

Much appreciated!

Just remembered The XX are bringing out a new album as well, can't wait!

I've heard his remix of the Gil Scott Heron album but not much else, really like what I've heard from him though.

I've got that too. I gave it a quick listen ages ago but I've never got round to giving it a proper chance. I was wondering if it's the same kind of stuff as The XX or if he's gone for something different. Generally speaking.

Never got into this album properly last year, but it's fuggin ace.

Been playing the hell out of this album lately, has some very interesting stuff on it.

It's not my usual thing at all, probably the total opposite in truth but I simply can't ignore this due to the monumental amount of critical acclaim it's got.

This has almost solely occupied my car CD player for about 2 months now, and I still can't get enough. Alio and Oxon slamming it in to their top 5's made me listen to it again.

This is possibly my favourite off the album:

Frank Ocean is just a superb artist, it's even better when you find out the backstory and the experiences behind songs like this:

Exactly the same here.

I really like this album and that type of music isn't my thing.

That said "that type of music" probably isn't fair. This is nothing like the kind of sh*te RnB you hear on the radio, and I love the lyrical content and gravitas of it all.

Think I'm going to give this The Weeknd chap a try.

From what I've heard he's very good and I could do with some new stuff for my ipod.
