I have to confess, I've sort of given up on his new stuff. Not a big fan of the cracked voice.

Though the Telegraph has this to say!

As much as I love Dylan, recent albums have suggested his barking, growling voice was shot beyond repair. But here his singing is delicate, tender and precise. There is age in the notes, for sure, a wobble and croak as he tackles chords from unusual angles, and falls away with fading breath. Yet somehow this ancient croon focuses the songs, compelling listeners to address their interior world in a way glissando prettiness might disguise.

Not a massive Mogwai fan but that soundtrack is fantastic. Second season taking ages to come out, late 2015 apparently.

The US are doing a remake with Nicolas Jaar doing the soundtrack.

Yeah, I've never been that big a fan either but Rave Tapes really won me over, and I liked the series so picked this up, it's excellent. May well revisit some of their earlier sound.
