Could go for Stars of the Lid (although with some of your suggestions, you probably are aware of them.

Like some drone stuff myself, electronic mainly though although i do like Earth, Boris and Sunn O))).

Everyone heard The 1975's debut album?

It's the tits.

The absolute tits.

Absolutely loving it. I'm not sure if I'm caught in it's bubble still, but i'm giving it an AOTY shout. Not one poor track. Heart Out and Settle Down are proper good.

Wish more people were into the ambient/chillwave/electronic stuff I'm really into at the moment.

Love my fair share of chillwave, although I can only listen to it when the mood fits. Check this lad out though, not sure if I posted him in here yet. 19 y/o Irish producer.

Watching Shut up and Play the Hits on Film4; LCD Soundsystem are easily one of the best bands of the last 10 years, not many bands have been consistently that good.
