What are you currently listening to?

They/she just sounds like a really bland version of Zola Jesus or Fever Ray. Guess like the majority of current British 'indie'.

Decent that mate. If I was going to criticise anything it'd be the vocals, though. Just a bit high pitched for me. But then a lot of the music I listen to doesn't have vocals in at all! I think I'm a bit fussy with vocals. If they don't go well with the instrumentation then poor vocals can ruin a good song IMO.

This is one of my favourite songs at the moment. I love putting my headphones on and just zoning out to this.

Only just got on this now mate as I've been quite busy getting better, revising and playing football a fair bit but this tunes is an absolute beauty! I'll see what I can dig out from my little chill collection.

No idea who they are tbh.

I don't listen to many indie bands at the moment so not really too sure what the current crop are like.

Have you been ill, mate?

If you liked that then just get his whole discography and you'll have a lovely few weeks working your way through it. I cannot recommend an electronic producer any higher. I bang on about him waaaaaayyyyy too much on here though tbh. I'm seeing him perform with his live band on the 25th of next month too!

Yeah mate, started with a sore throat turned in to a bit of a heavy man-flu and it was all round my sinus's so I had constant headaches and could barely breathe at times ha. Had it when I first started talking about this type of music but I was on mobile in bed so.

I'll have a little listen to his stuff in a second mate for sure, and lucky fella! Have a good one mate.
 
He is here too but i really can't get into it when 'dance' acts do a 7-11 gig so don't think i'm going to bother. Last electronic act I saw early was Holy Other, he was great but the vibe wasn't, especially with Vessels pounding dub-techno before, made for a 4am set, not 8pm.

Yeah I can understand that. I only discovered his music a few months ago so when I saw he was on tour this year I had to get myself a ticket, but it's a 7-11 midweek gig in Manchester so I'll be doing it sober and driving. Urgh. Hopefully the live band is entertaining.

Pretty much have now, thanks mate. Definitely going to download that discography later though, flicked through a few tunes on YouTube and they were quality!

Give this a blast mate, came across it by accident on one of my Last.Fm journeys before it went rubbish. That's where I found most of my chill songs reall.
