I was determined to give RM time. I could see his determination to play exciting football. But our defensive lapses are tragically repeating themselves and we are so leaky at the back we're starting to look like a geriatric.

Our insistence on trying to ride out pressure is not working. We have such little focus that we can switch off without a moment's notice.

It all points to Martinez being shown the door. I don't want to, but this can't go on. It's not working.
