It really would me up how many times he did that on Saturday. Only Besic and McGeady competed with him for sheer pig headed stubbornness on the ball...

He's let it get to his head imo, being called the next Gascoigne, etc. All he seems to want to do is some sort of twinkletoes footwork in midfield, before calmly passing it back to Barry or giving the ball away. Needs to be more, much much more, effective with his play/

right I'm basically convinced that barkley isn't allowed to run inside the area of the opposition, its the only possible explanation. every single time he could be darting into the box he doesn't and just minces about outside.
