Yes, agreed.

Those who say McGeady was good? He was pathetic. He Osman'd about three shots at the goalkeeper at three miles per hour, refused to take on a man all game and then forgot he had a brain in his head when on a yellow card and in the knowledge that the referee is an absolute clown.

Pack him off to Celtic and good riddance.

Joel was superb, pity his penalty taking leaves a lot to be desired. Hope the players don't crumble now... that sort of defeat could really ruin some of them out there.

He hit the bar and saved one - he had a great game too!

Barkley's form is very worrying...,as someone else said hope his head isn't been turned by City.

No one deserves to be scapegoated tonight.....that was a terrific performance.

It was indeed a valiant effort, but could have been even better if Mr.Barkley had played to even 50% of his potential instead of bottling every tackle he could have made.

I so want him to be our next true Blue legend, but he needs to grow a pair and get stuck in.

I've said it earlier, but he needs a one-on-one mentor to straighten out his head and his game, almost a personal coach and if he is gonna be a true midfield star, the club needs to get someone like a Colin Harvey to take on that role.

Ross needs help and he ain't getting it for me from any of the current coaching staff.

I thought Jagielka and Lukaku major improvements but Coleman and Baines still way behind standard
