No matter how this season ends, there is no word short of "shocking" that describes how Moyes has handled Dibling this year. Just awful awful management of a young kid.

I praised Moyes recently because his starting XI had done so well. But now we’re seeing the flop side of failing to keep the squad engaged and particularly the younger players. The likes of Gana and McNeil are gassed and we haven’t developed the squad well enough to have them step in with confidence
