I just don’t think it’s tactics or frank is the source. The players just lack creativity. To cohesion at all. Just 11 players, not a team.

I'm not saying I disagree about the lack of cohesion and creativity, yet it is the manager's responsibility to instil confidence, build cohesion and make them play.

Look at some of the other squads, but they still get some results. We don't.
