In all honesty I thought it was a crap game between two poor teams.

However a great result.

As our buddy @Ruairi77 said earlier in the thread, this game would give us the real indication of where we are this season.

Both teams lacking quality of course but very positive signs that we will be fine this year.

My late game mentality with Everton is piss poor after all these years so MOTM goes to Pickford for shutting the door on them....couple morale boosting saves in the latter part of he game kept the squad on point. West Ham were ponderous AF, mind you.

I understand the sentiment, but everyone, at every club is for sale at the right price...unless they are the chairman's son or something.

Much better second half performance. Wish Dyche would be more proactive with substitutions, think we would have scored a second if McNeil had been subbed for Danjuma, and Dom had come off for Chermiti or Beto slightly sooner.

If Everton play this right he should be the first defender to be sold for a fee in excess of £100 million.
