I just can't see us winning or even scoring at the moment. We're like some gin soaked strumpet spread eagled over the bar with her skirt hoyed up and her knickers round her ankles.... there to be taken advantage of by all and sundry.

*drinks another gin*

Well, it certainly don't get any easier then this, with West Ham being a team we beaten most in the Premier League.

We might not be in the best shape ourselve but they are not much better in term of number and form, so I would be real surprise if we can't beat them.

Our goals might have gone dry at the moment, but it can't go on forever, trust me it's going to be our day!

Two defensive midfielders with Cahill and Fellaini outwide, please no!

I'd rather have someone like Jo or Saha outwide, even Yakubu.

They're not out wide, they're central, with a heck of a lot of overlapping from Baines and Neill, and a hullova lot of staying back from Rodwell and Heitinga.

But it wont happen, so dont worry.(y)

Here's what i'd go for.

-Howard-
-Neill-Yobo-Distin-Baines-
-Rodwell-
-Gosling-Heitinga-Fellaini-
-Cahill-
-Yakubu-

Neill's better going forward than Hibbo and can link up with Gosling, Felli tends to drift left when playing with Bily so he can link up with Bainesy, Jack can protect the defence and hopefully Johnny can make his mark in the centre of the park. I haven't been impressed with Cahill recently but he's always dangerous and the Yak's slowly getting better. COYB!

Well Ive just given this the kiss of death, put a little accumulator on which involves us winning. Oh. Dear.

Its a grand old team to play for its a grand old team to support...

Everton XI v West Ham: Howard, Hibbert, Yobo, Distin, Baines, Gosling, Cahill, Fellaini, Rodwell, Heitinga, Saha

If that's confirmed, we can only wonder what Lucas has to do to start games. He's been one of the better performers every time he's played and now he's even returning to his old playground, would have loved to see him start!

It's just sad that we have players like Yakubu and Neil on the bench, but in the midfield we have to play Gosling, who is championchip standard at best. (I like him and he always gives his all, but he just isn't good enough).

Interesting game coming up, both teams are suffering and they are also missing Carlton Cole, will be a battle of two midfield.

If anyone deserves a start it's the Yak. He was by far our best player against Villa.
