Looking at the performance going forward we were poop but had enough quality when it mattered

Defensively we were really good for 80-85 minutes, we will need to be much better away at Chelsea though

We do seem to go into these games with a plan that is more effective; got the points tonight and I'm delighted but does it need to be so difficult. We vary rarely had an out ball but to Gomes.

I think the way we have approached the last 2 games is down to being beaten by Fulham and Newcastle 2 teams we should have beaten, so I think Carlo has just gone out to try and scrape a win and keep it tight at the back. It has worked but is vesterguard and there striker tonight had have scored we would all be in a very depressed mood, we have been extremely lucky there.
