well in ron, brilliant management to change it with enough time before the half was out. My main gripes with moyes was his reluctance to change anything, literally anything glaringly obvious in his last couple of years. Martinez started off by making inspired changes which changed games before it turned into a bit more predictability - but managers who change things after barely a 3rd of the game gone is what i like to see.

it's actually a travesty that Martinez played Kone and Cleverley over Mirallas for most of last season. Mirallas hasn't done much so far today but he's a goal scoring winger. You don't get too many of those.
