He never failed at west ham. He did a good job there but their board thought he wasnt fancy enough for them.
Man utd. Everyone has failed there since ferguson left. And a lot more high profile managers to.
Sunderland. Is just sunderland. Nobody does well there. Nobody.

He went into West Ham to do what Allardyce was employed here for, to keep them up. That doesn’t warrant being a good manager. Hundreds of other managers could of achieved the same.

Thats unfair because he was doing a lot more than just keeping them up. Think a fair few west ham fans thought he done more than enough to get a crack at the job more long term. I bet they wish he was there right now.
Moyes over silva right now i'd bite your hand off.

When you've hired Fat Sam you can't get much lower unless it was someone like Mark Hughes/Rafael. If the club are bottling it again and going for the safe option have no problem with Moyes till end of the season.
It's another don't care what happens this season long as we stay up, So go wild Everton board.

I half agree but theres a lot of excuses in that pal

United was a hard job and he wasn't given time, but... he took over the league champions
sunderland, hard job yes but he still got them relegated ( fat sam kept them up comfortably the season before )
west ham, he did alright to be fair steadied the ship

you forget about the Spanish team he managed, sacked again after a short time wasn't he?

Gingers should never go to spain.
We need a ship steadied now. I swear to god some people are walking blind if they think this divy isnt taking us down.

You can say it about someone who bid 25mill for Baines and Fellani and advocated for them to move saying we are holding them back though.
So as a club we have moved forward?

Fellani won a few cups after leaving and Baines won sod all staying.

Silva has to go, there's no question about that so Everton need to find a new manager and soon. That limits who is available. Every single manager on the list is going to have a downside. There is no perfect answer.

Personally I can't see Moyes coming in on a 6 month contract. They'll give him a minimum 2 or 3 years to stabilize the club with a view to getting a better manager in once we're routinely back in the top 8 like we should be with this squad.

Personally I don't see a big problem with it. It's not ideal but at the moment Everton are in dire straits. Beggars can't be choosers. We need stability and we need it fast. Moyes will give 100% and he'll do everything he can to get the players giving 100%. He's not the long term answer but he could get us out of the current slump.
