He was always waiting on Forest - his club - to become available for him.
Forest have got a seriously strong squad ( nothing to do with Dyche recruitment ) it would be harder to fail than safely move up the league.Noā¦.
I canāt believe I need to explain this.
Forest currently have 5 points and are 19th in the table. The teams in the likely European spots 5th/6th at the moment have 14 points, that extrapolates out to about 66 over 38 games which is a decent benchmark of where European qualification in Europa/conference might normally be.
If Forest were to attain 66 points from where they are now they would need 61 points which is more than 2 points per game for the remaining 30 games. 2 points per game over a full season gets you 76 points plus which is putting you in champions league football most seasons.
So basically the Dyche critics would like his Forest team which are currently 19th to show champions league form over 30 games as a minimum requirement and anything less than that will be mocked as a failure. Anyone with a brain can see that isnāt likely to happen.
It is extremely unlikely Forest will qualify for Europe this season via the league.
Forgive us for ignoring your judgement on manager/squad capabilities.Noā¦.

Yup, we got a shiny new pad down on the docks, just need to do it justice now.Well, in the most unEverton way possible, the best outcome was somehow arrived at. A turn in fortune was due tbf.
Considering he talked us down as a club at every opportunity and rinsed the club for a significant payout by not quitting despite admitting he couldnāt take us any further and was out of ideas despite the ownership backing him, you are surprisingly far up his backside.Stay and finish the job...which would have happened without employing Moyes, as we know.
If we had, we wouldn't have the 'Stuck with Moyes' problem we have now.![]()
I thought you were talking about Moyed there...Considering he talked us down as a club at every opportunity and rinsed the club for a significant payout by not quitting despite admitting he couldnāt take us any further and was out of ideas, you are surprisingly far up his backside.
No, he talks about wanting us back in Europe and that the squad shouldnāt have been scrapping relegation on 17 points when he took over.I thought you were talking about Moyed there...

Better than the high line...
Yes. Squad has been assembled very expensively and is full of good players. If he doesn't get results here and reverts to type then he is definitely a fire fighter and nothing moreBe an interesting watch. Dyche has much better squad of players at his disposal, so can't hide behind XGs etc. The defence he has at Forest will suit his style of play.
My God, you have not an ounce of shame. The league table does work like that. Heās obviously not going to get them into Europe when heās picking up a team 9 points behind the team in the qualification spots at the moment. Nice try to set the minimum expectation for him as something extremely improbable now so you donāt end up being wrong.
Suppose itās one way for you to break your streak of utterly tragic incorrect predictions.
