i believe they lost a few players due to injury in the game yesterday

beating villa over 2 legs will be tough, more games, more injuries, could affect their league form which could see spurs and west ham go above them.

if they don't beat burnley at home this weekend, it's not looking good for them brev

What about if they do beat. Erm. Burnley at home?

OH THE IRONY 😂
10 man Porto ran them ragged last night, and if fatigue plays a factor, and they do indeed end up losing to Burnley at home, then the irony becomes even more, ummm, ironey, because that brings the original point of the discourse back into focus… 😳
Mad that this competition was apparently the reason for their awful league form and yet it now magically doesn’t appear to be an issue @davek 🤔

Timing is everything in football. You do have to question the state of the wider game when two stinking teams in Man Utd and Spurs reached the final last season and now Notts Forest are just two games away from doing the same where if they do they will face either the mighty Frieburg or Braga.

It's absolutely essential we finish in a European spot this season. It's never been easier to win European silverware and you don't have to be even remotely decent to do it.

If Villa win the Europa League, but drop out of the top 4, that opens up an extra European spot for us…
So, Forest can get stuffed, mate, but then, hopefully Villa get stuffed in the PL as well. 🤷

We need Villa to finish in a CL place and win the Europa for it to open up the next European place mate. They are almost guaranteed top 5 at this point.

Imagine if they won it?

Sean Dyche will get a medal, and so he should, for taking them from outside qualifying to qualifying.
Would/Should Marc Guehi get a medal for palace winning the conference

Edit - What should happen to Evan Guessand if Villa And Palace both win there competitions

I was reading the last few posts thinking meh but this is a good point. If we can get into the Euro Bozo Cup, we could win it at a canter if even Forest have got to the semis.

Yes, if he played in it.
Fair play, Woild it really feel like an achievment for a Manager though, or a medal that disappears down the sofa..
Obviously it would be on show permanently around Dyche's neck..

I did edit the post, what about Evan Guessand and Villa and Palace, does he get 2 medals
