I think that our early goal completely scuppered them. Dyches tactic of organisation first, hold to the half and reassess for the second was completely thrown out of the window, and even more so by our second.

…good point, even so I thought they’d offer more threat than they did.

If they’ve already had their ‘new manager bounce’, it might be a difficult season for them although I still tend to think Dyche will see them safe.

….it was also known for having the highest female to male ratio in the country as well as the biggest Yates’ Wine Lodge.

Legacy of the lace trade we are led to believe. It was a great city to be out looking for talent back in my day, I’d say they were among the more attractive of women nationally as well.

It’s definitely not the city it once was and yes the inner city area (always proud labour area) has a lot of deprived areas. I don’t think a lot of “Notts” Forest supporters have been to Liverpool in recent times hence their backdated opinions of Liverpool. They are also lacking in any real passion for football. Last season you’d hardly get any conversation in work with supporters on a Monday morning, really weird given how well they were doing.

Realistically they won’t even be in the relegation battle, their squad is far too strong. If they’re lurking around the bottom 3 come February Dyche will be getting potted and providing the new manager isn’t Gareth Southgate they’ll end the season well clear.

They really are a horrible bunch, always have been. Never had a good time at Forest away, utter weapons of a fan-base.

Looking at one of their forums has done nothing to change that either , proper deluded cavemen.

Just watching Dyche’s press conference after the game and his little jibes about the club having money to spend on flavoured drinks made me laugh.
the irony is that the drinks were red bull and pepsi who both sponsor the club

so we haven't actually spent any money on flavoured drinks, they've spent money for us to promote their flavoured drinks

Yeah, he was just being a bellend.
Fat sam attitude, wanted lauding and a statue for gracing us with his presence. Believes he was and is better than the reality. Seems to be a trait in the persons that get the top roles, unwavering belief in a set of talents that are often found very wanting.
