So what is your thinking as to why we are on it?

Probably just to promote up some games they have upcoming featuring City, Spurs, Chelsea and the derby game against us, helps them sell them better I guess as top matches etc as no other teams meeting that many of their pet teams in that period, so helps to big up those matches.

Expect soon as that runs over we'll get dropped from that type of graphic

It's the reality mate, ofc if we beat a few of those and spend this season in the mix, then sky aren't stupid, an attractive team, young ambitious and charasmatic manager, and a team with a lot of South Americans, the England keeper, and a couple of other countries captains, then they'd quickly change top 6 to magnificent seven or some such tosh.

To do that though the club needs to not choke again at any top team, much as we've moaned about the selective omitting of us whenever we've threatened to break their stable group, reality is the club marketed itself as small time and constantly lost to any of that group on a ridiculously frequent basis.

Sky don't benefit from keeping the group at 6 like some seem to think they do.

We're in decent form with some household names in the squad, only right to include us in that particular lineup tbf.

That's right on the money. Our record against the top 6 teams is beyond woeful. If we can't do ANYTHING against them then we stand no chance of really moving up the table in to better standings.

That being said, I think the second half of the season, if we stay relatively healthy in key areas, we could be VERY dangerous. Feel like these away matches came a month or so too soon for our squad to really start ticking.
