stoke at goody park and the red ****e 1st game at maine rd, was as good as it gets , they couldnt get get near him , prob 2 of the best performances ive seen out of an everton player , but as edge said you never got it out of duncan week in week out ,was a crowd hero thou , he would never make an all time great 11 , the ground used to rise to a man thou when he got the ball , we all agree duncan mckenzie was magic

Actually met him back in the middle of his Everton days at a doctors surgery in Rodney Street. Cannot remember exactly what we talked of but it was football. Came across as a very decent guy. Much ignored and maligned by Lee who had a thing about skilful players.

Duncan does match day hospitality in the one of the Goodison lounges - I went with the wife for the Sunderland game last year. I've got a pic with Duncan from that day. Not gonna post it as you'll all see what a tw@t I look like :blink:

Spoken to him a couple of times at the match, he seems like a good guy. He didn't like moyes's style of play.
