What you have to remember is the only person you are hurting is yourself. Time is a healer, keep occupied, don't date until you are completely over her. The last thing women want to hear is stories about your ex.

I split in Jan 2019 but it was over before that and I couldnt see it coming. By March I was dating again and I dated heavily. It was too soon but I've had some good laughs along the way. I'm in a good place now where I'm happy on my own and if someone comes along then it's on my terms. I meet girls from time to time I'm always texting someone but I just let things happen. Best place I've found to meet girls is in the gym and I don't mean bouncing over when they're in a middle of a set, just saying hello every now and again when you see the same person and before you know it you'll have a conversation.

But time is the healer and you'll notice over time you'll think of her less.

Or brass and lemo.

You will eventually, and then worry what the fuss was all about.
I mean we all think about or exs.
Don't try to hard to meet a new squeeze.
And if you do ,dont show her off or be like Simon from the inbetweeners.
Life throws us curveballs, and a lesson in life unfortunately is if someone wants out of a relationship no amount of tears or pleading will make a difference.
Hey mate,it could be her loss..you never know.
