150K a week for what many are saying is a decent squad player, yes that makes sense. We should never have signed him as anyone could see he was on a downward spiral, Mourinho seen it and we kindly came along and took him off their hands, as we have with many of their cast offs. Within weeks of signing he was done for drink driving with a bit of strange, classy fella. The fact that he is one of our better players is used to justify him being here by some but that fact alone just speaks volumes about how poor our season has been not how well he has played. He has never looked after himself (he smokes for example) and when you look at him and Ronaldo - who is younger I think - you can see why his legs have gone as has his sharpness of though due to neglecting his body, get rid.
