According to the below (which may or may not be accurate, I dunno) Rooney was still the 13th most highly sold shirt/name combo in the prem last season. And that's after phoning it in at Utd for a year or two.

With the added publicity of 'coming home' he'll definitely sell shirts, I think that's basically a given.
