I'll admit it wasn't the best match I've ever watched but I'm genuinely finding it better than most of our recent away games.

Yes I’ve watched a game where Rooney has lost possession, but also a game where Watfird hasn’t even attempted to atttack down our right side and a game where Niasse has ruined every attacking opportunity that comes his way. Rooney didn’t have a good 45 but the other two are the worst two players on the pitch for either team. Absolute liabilities every time the action is near them

Keane was good there to be honest. Kenny not attacking at all and Coco obv not so Walnut and Sig nowhere to be seen in the game. Martina defending well though, so can't complain too much. Need Rooney to have a bigger influence. I'd get Jenk on after 60 if it's 0:0 and take Davies off, go 442. Obv it'll be Schneider for Rooney though.

Rooney just isn't doing what he's in the team to do. Defending well though. He needs to be more ambitious with his passing, it's unlike him tbf.

Gana and Cuco the best of a boring bunch so far.

He looks a bit off the pace, just slow off the mark in general. Most of his tackling has come from positions where he's had to recover from his own mistakes. Needs to find an extra gear for sure.

I am really curious about the pre-game tactics of Sam. Even if he shut his mouth up, team would play more organised. Some back to back passes would easily dissolve Watford defense but every single attack is rushed like it's 90th minute and Everton is 1 down.

Patience and ball possession lads, not that hard. Actually easier than to run 50 meters back every single time.
