Thanks for the help. I fly into Sydney on the 6th so will have a look around and try to make a plan to watch the Sunderland game somewhere on the 9th

If you go on the the ESCA page on Facebook they generally make plans for match days. I think there is even an ESCA Sydney page if you are there the whole time.

Hey guys, when I search for the facebook page I can only find a Perth supporters club? Is that the one you guys are all talking about?

I watched Everton games in Pyrmont Bridge Hotel (24 hr bar) or sometimes the casino just around the corner. You'll find them somewhere mate dont worry. Bloody late nights though!

No. Should be a straight out Everton Supporters Club Australia. There are some segments for the different cities thats what you have probably found. Also try their website evertonaustralia.com as their maybe links to it.

I just had a look at the evertonaustralia.com website... doesn't seem to have been updated or have any contacts... unless i'm missing something. Cos i too, am from Melbourne and would like to catch up for beers with fellow Blues

Ah gotcha...Queensland not wanting to interfere with their cattle and sheep's sleeping times and all of course ;)

And don't forget the other big reason...and I kid you not...the 'extra' sun light will fade the curtains and furniture
Also
If all those ponces in NSW and Vic want to have daylight saving, then whatever they are for...we're against it

I'm a scouse blue going to Australia for a month in Nobember, just wondering if any Aussie fans can let me know what the deal is with trying to watch live premier league games with the time difference

Do bars stay open late to show the football or is there any chance it would be on the TV in my hotel?

be prepared to be surrounded by wall to wall RS's and other assorted bells

Try the Facebook page. I am a member on there and there is plenty of discussion about match day meet ups. Facebook is the best place for that.
