I'm about to hit the wrestling thread to say why bother with this when they can go into a town centre and see several knife attacks instead.
-11 secs a day; so within Seiko's tolerances for this movement and what I'd expect for the outlay. Best thing is, for the price, you could have a go at improving the regulation yourself without the worry of turning it in to an expensive paper weight.
