Seriously though when mobile phones were launched most thought it would be the end for watches,but then smart watches appeared. It's predicted sales will increase from €98 billion in 2022 to €150 billion by the end of the decade.

If I agreed with you, we’d both be wrong.
Because its a proven fact that wearing a good watch makes you 43% cooler than having to take out your phone to check the time and noticing that you have an e mail so you have to check that, ohhhh look there's a reply to a comment i made on you tube I'll just check that, then an hour passes and you are looking at a try not to laugh or start again video which finishes and then recommends you a fail of the week video so you watch that, then you get a Facebook notification so you have to see who gave you a like and spend another 40 minutes scrolling on there until you come across a link that a friend posted from TicTok so you click on that and spend the rest of your day watching idiots dancing, and you never even saw the time that you initially took your phone out for. Meanwhile I had a quick glance at my wrist and got on with my day and had a lovely time.

Everywhere you look or wherever you are you can see time constantly, & less face facts, does anyone ever not know what the time is, Mobile Phones, Laptops, Ipads, in Cars, High Street Clocks,You mean make the effort to take it out of my pocket...and then have to put it back.

You can do all that on a phone??? Use mine as a watch mainly.
