Tavarish te skazal? Na ia ne kommunist! :)

Okay, this could get silly so I'll knock it off by saying that I only studied Russian for under a year so I'm not brilliant at it or anything close!

Nice one...the only useful phrase I found in Russian was Ёб твою мать (Pronounced as yob Tvoyu Mat!)

kinda does the trick every time for your average russian

Taken this from wiki-

Bystrov was included in Guus Hiddink's Euro 2008 squad. He was a substitute in Russia's opening match, the 4-1 defeat to Spain, coming on for Dmitri Sychev in the 46th minute. Bizarrely he was resubstituted again in the 71st minute, being replaced by Roman Adamov. He also came on as a late substitute in Russia's third match against [[Sweden]. His favourite crisps are Beef Space Raiders. He also frequents the Circus message board. He was seen walking down County Road on Thursday 20th August wearing a blue t shirt with the words "Mark Hughes is a tool"

Everton fans have a wicked sense of humour!!

What idiot wrote that article?

"Spartak Moscow’s flying right winger Vladimir Bystrov – as David Moyes stepped up his efforts to bolster his defence."

We seem to be offering an awful lot of money for players that we don't have.
I don't believe anything I read in the papers at the moment.

This was taken from his Wiki profile,,,

Bystrov also known as Dave was included in Guus Hiddink's Euro 2008 squad. He was a substitute in Russia's opening match having spent the prevoius night on the ale, the 4-1 defeat to Spain, coming on for Dmitri Sychev in the 46th minute. Bizarrely he was resubstituted again in the 71st minute, being replaced by Roman Adamov. He also came on as a late substitute in Russia's third match against Sweden as he had again been on the ale the night before.

Sounds a bit like Shandy van der Meyde....
