He just got absolutely zero attacking ability in him at all, I'm all for him as a squad player but aznou or a new left back need to be getting minutes now.

After paying particularly close attention to how bad Mykolenko is the past few weeks, I’ve noticed that many of his teammates actively avoid passing the ball to him when we’re on the attack, it *almost* makes me feel sorry for the lad. We can’t be giving him a new deal though, surely? Would be a complete waste of resources.

Unbelievable how poor at football this goon is.

Destroys any momentum in a move, can’t pass 10 yards, can’t cross, doesn’t get forward when he should, teammates actively avoid passing to him where possible…

And as for his defending, that’s been massively overhyped on the basis of keeping Salah quiet in the occasional derby (and let’s be honest, it’s more likely that Salah was having a bad day than Myko a good one).

How he stayed on tonight when Patterson got hooked is beyond me.

There is a fundamental issue with the way he receives the ball when we are trying to attack - people stop passing him the ball because he just faces back towards goal and he doesn’t have the ability to take one touch and turn.

He refuses to overlap and just can’t receive it in stride or try and face up a defender.
