We’ve got more important positions to fill then lb while Myko is about. Prefer an up and down type attacking full back myself, but I think Myko can do that if he backs himself going forward.

I don’t rate Keane but he’s been absolutely fine so far this year. He’s 4th choice ffs what can we expect. Myko is first choice and clearly not good enough. If Myko steps forward with the rest of the defence Ekitike is offside (got the goals the wrong way round).

Was a kid gymnast, not a football scholar academy kid, it shows. When he has time to apply the teachings of youth football he's lacking 'cos they're not there, but when he plays in a panic with no time to think (I call it flying by the 'seat of the pants' stuff) he's ok 'cos he can get a foot in. Has absolutely no composure, and distribution is worse than shambolic. This part was always going to be highlight because Baines and Digne were both so capable. It's strange we ended up with some never heard of from some nothing league for big bucks, he's the last player getting game time from the legacy of that difficult time. I'll give him his due, he tries and he cares, but he's way off the quality required. Suppose his versatility being able to cover LCB could be useful at a push.
At least with O'B at RB we get the benefit of his physique and heading ability when he pushes up for set pieces, it's telling with Myko that he absolutely is not required to work forward for these moments. Is also hideously allergic to using his right foot.

Yesterday wasn’t just on Keane, but he’s plop, and reverted to his ususal standard yesterday. The fan boys have been bumming him for weeks, seemed quite quiet was all I was saying on his thread?No but how was yesterday on Keane is my point?

To be honest all the defenders did alright in the circumstances. Weird to single Keane out when he didn’t have a bad game. Didn’t have a good one deserving of praise either.
