We’ve been doing that since the “reset” and again now with Keane, Tarks and now Myko.
They should have all been moved on or let go last summer following the takeover.
McNeil will prob get an extension ffs.
Unless his wages are absolutely stupid we really shouldn't struggle to sell him. A 27 year old with 150 PL games, a load of European experience and over 50 international caps is going to be a good signing for a lot of clubs. I want better as our starting left back but he's not an awful player in the grand scheme of things.

Not only should he not start. If we’re being completely honest he’s not even good enough to deputise at left back.
Only way I’d keep him is if we brought Glasner or a manager who played five at the back, and used him as a back up left sided centre half in a three.
He’s not a full back in today’s game. He’s a none entity, if we are truly giving him a new contract it highlights everything that’s wrong with the club. Rewarding less than mediocre players with lengthy contracts. We will never move forward doing this.
