I’ve been fairly consistent in my criticisms of him but last night , particularly the first half , was as good as anything we’ve seen from him .
It’s not a high bar but you’re right last night there was more offensively than all this season , one particularly good cross and an excellent through ball . Let’s hope this becomes the norm.

Braithwaite move over to the left a lot last night helped our left back out, but it affected his game ....
Was in better positions to cross the ball, that one that rolled under the foot though... but, in hindsight that could happen to anyone once

Still crossing from too deep for me. Bringing the ball another couple of meters forward before getting in gives that extra couple of seconds for support to arrive in the box.

One moment where he failed to trap the ball also positionally he was all over the place - before this season I had been a big fan defensively but he’s gone poor at the back for us. Touch wood what everyone else seen is a start to him turning this around though.

Strangest thing, seemed to play like a nervous wreck, Moyes arrives and suddenly he's trying to go forwards and get the ball moved quickly while their defence is repositioning / tracking runners. I didn't believe he had the speed of thought to try to expose players in that way. If Moyes can improve Mykolenko in 48 hours like that, and can improve the rest of the side the same, we'll not need any new players because we'll be league form world beaters.
Thought he was poor today. Every time he received the ball he tended to pass it back, put his teammates into trouble far too many times and wtf does every throw in he does have to end up back at Pickford 10 seconds later.

Yes leading a game that’s fine but not if we need to get forward quick always looks for the safest option and minimum involvement he’s an awful player committed but rubbish.
