Every day millions of helpless fruits and vegetables are brutally devoured by bloodthirsty vegetarians.....this is genocide!

Well I was a vegan for many years, and now am a vegetarian that eats fish. I don't eat any dairy or eggs. Ever!

So I suppose I'm a ****!

Try this ghost......season your steak with salt-and-pepper, cook them in a non non-stick pan for 5 minutes a side on med-high flame. While it cooks cut up 2 medium shallots.

Remove cooked steaks, reduce heat to low and toss the shallots into the same pan....saute for a minute, while scraping the fond from the steak add 4 tablespoons of butter........add 1 tblspn of lemon juice and some chopped fresh thyme. Add in juices shed from meat and season with salt+pepper.

Serve immediately and thank me later :P

Would that be a stick pan then?

You mean you don't exist then cause there's no such thing :P

Yeah, but it's any easy way of saying you believe in a certain moral outlook. I would say that to really call yourself a vegetarian, you would NEVER touch dairy (cheese) or eggs, including things that contain them (quorn and other [Poor language removed]). I eat fish because fish actually have less of a capacity to suffer than mammals. I don't eat dairy (cheese) because, obviously, I don't support the veal trade (the result of producing dairy) or the fact that all the cows are treated like [Poor language removed] anyway, forced to have calves so as to produce milk, and then killed after they pass optimum age (about 3 years or so I think).

But please don't get me started on a rant ffs!
