How strange he is supported by big money. Dont talk rubbish mate. He has never managed a seat in parliament. The right of the conservative party won the vote. Without Johnson as the cheerleader it was not happening.

And what is succesful about a right wing power grab? Beholdent to Trump now of all people. WELL DONE!!!

Here's a few reasons why Fromage is considered far right;

In 1981, when Nigel was appointed as a prefect at his school, an English teacher wrote to the headteacher asking him to reconsider his decision, citing his fascist views. Another said that on a Combined Cadet Force (CCF) camp organised by the college, Farage and others “marched through a quiet Sussex village very late at night shouting Hitler-youth songs.”

In 2013 Nigel said he supports Muslim immigrants who “integrate” into society, but not those that are “coming here to take us over”.

In a 2014 interview on LBC, Nige said he felt “uncomfortable” when he heard people speaking in other languages on London transport.

The same year, he said the “basic principle” of Enoch Powell’s infamous anti-immigration “Rivers of Blood” speech was correct.

On his political idols, he said: “As an operator, but not as a human being, I would say Putin. The way he played the whole Syria thing. Brilliant.”

In 2014 Nigel also said he would be concerned if Romanian immigrants moved in next door to him. The same year, he blamed immigrants for making him late to an event where he was speaking. He said his lateness “has nothing to do with professionalism, what it does have to do with is a country in which the population is going through the roof chiefly because of open-door immigration and the fact that the M4 is not as navigable as it used to be”.

Nigel defended a UKIP candidate who used a racist slur against Chinese people. Referring to the incident, he said: “If you and your mates were going out for a Chinese, what do you say you’re going for?”

In June 2016, Nigel unveiled an anti-immigrant poster that suggested that immigration was at “Breaking Point”, as part of the leave campaign. The poster was reported to the police on the grounds that it aimed to incite racial hatred.

Nigel also praised Donald Trump for “dominating” Hillary Clinton, like a “silverback gorilla”.

Like Tommy Robinson, Nigel has close links with Steve Bannon, Donald’s chief strategist and founder of alt-right news platform Breitbart News.

In 2017, Nigel came under fire for anti-semitism after an LBC interview in which he described the so-called U.S. “Jewish lobby” as a concern of his.

This year, he described climate change as a “scam”.

Is this enough evidence for you, or would you like to refute all these points?

A seat in parliament - that's your barometer of success? What's he going to do in a party of 1 person elected?

Claiming Farage is supported by big money is laughable. Who are these big money companies? He's taken us out of the fat cats lair of corruption and sleaze that is the EU where lobbyists from big business are busily greasing the wheels of regulatory capture for self gain. He's cut off their cheap labour from the EU. The man his single handidly done more for the working poor in doing that than Labour has done in the last 20 years.

So the headteacher thinks he's the kind of leadership the students need and some teacher doesn't. We all know who wins that argument. School views are irrelevant. He's probably changed his views about a hundred times since like everyone else.

Fair comment. Putin outmaneuvered a hapless Obama and his red lines if Syria ignored them - which they did.

I'd be concerned too. I've already had the washing nicked off me line by some travellers. Nevermind losing the golf course for a week due to them and their stupid caravans. There was a bloody kid riding around on his tricycle in the car park!

It was an reasonable portrayal of the enormous influx of immigrants that had overwhelmed countries like Greece, Italy, Germany and Sweden that we were paying for.

I have aswell, that was absolutely fantastic! He gobbled her up.

I'm not having Bannon is alt right. The man is an intelligent and articulate operator. He's someone it would make sense for Farage to meet. Also Breitbart asks good questions and should be required reading for everyone to establish a balanced view.

I don't know what that even means. I've heard him defend the Jews from the onslaught of the Labour party though.

You called that nonsense above 'evidence' that someone is far right. I could compile a similar list of nonsense about any politician. Shall I do so and get you to determine if they are far right like Corbyn's outrageous comments over the years or these vicious Labour types that persecute Jews?

Being elected is fairly important in a democracy. Secondly look at how much Arron Banks put into the campaign and directly supporting the chinless little Englander. If Farage was capable of learning perhaps he would be campaigning for social care as good as the Nordics or a health system as good as the Netherlands. But no, success is stopping a hardworking Polish person showing the idle English how to earn a living.

The 'evidence' is in the links I provided in each point. They're largely quotes from Fromage himself, so very easy to prove accurate. Nice that you agree with me that he spouts nonsense though.

Just a couple of other points:

Firstly the travellers that 'stole your washing', do you know that they were Romanian immigrants? If not, what you've done there is called 'whataboutery' and it's usually employed by those who've recently realised they're losing an argument.

Secondly, claiming to destroy an argument whilst admitting you don't understand the content (never read the speech since I'm not a dullard, so don't care. It may be fair comment. Who knows?) makes you seem rather like a dullard.

Thirdly, calling someone a 'daft sod' because they disagree with you* is called playing the man and not the ball. It's usually employed by those who've recently realised they're losing an argument.

Yeah I'm getting the impression he doesn't have the cognitive capacity required to follow a nuanced debate. Would love to see the crossword he's wrestling with. I'm guessing it has clues like 'not a dog...three letters, C_T'
