VAR

I don't know how it isn't an obvious review when a person goes straight up into the air but topples headlong. There's no way to fall that way unless you're pushed high, and it was a scoring opportunity.
Everything is reviewed, it was just cleared quite quickly. The referee clearly gestured that they were checking it so the game couldn’t restart but it didn’t take long.

Wasn't dissimilar to Tarkowski against Newcastle, yet they spend minutes looking at that.

The is the key to the decision last night, the time it took to review. I am sorry but there was easily enough in both instances that meant a certain penalty given, if they had the on field ref check it. That is the suspicion of corruption for me.

There is absolutely no doubt that 9.9 times out of 10 both of those incidents are being asked to be reviewed on the monitor. So, why not last night? Was it corruption or was it just basic ineptness, we may never know but what we do know is that we have been done over again by the officials.

Has anyone got any footage of these decisions cos I was there last night and apart from shouting for every decision as normal I didn’t think any of them were clear decisions for us, but I could be wrong.

I thought the Lindstrom one looked like a pen at the ground, but like you say, not necessarily an absolute cast iron how can you not give that pen, but a pen.

I'm not sure if you're laughing at the decision or my answer @NathDogg but it was definitely a goal kick given, Martinez went to take it as a free kick and the referee clearly told him it wasn't one and to put the ball on the 6 yard line.
Defo the decision mate, sorry, meant no offence.

It’s disgraceful how there’s no fouls given for both the strangulation or DCL or the shove on lindstrom from the ref, but he’s got form and was a disgrace all night.

The corruption comes from VAR not even performing a proper review, and how he wasn’t sent to the monitor just highlights the corruption.

It’s already happened so many time this season for similar incidents, but nothing last night. Sick and tired of it all, football would be better off without this current sham version of VAR.
