From what I read, it sounded like it was a way for Usmanov to sell his shares at a high price. Kronke refuses but Usmanov says yes.

Although I dont understad how this works - what if a buyer only wants Kronke's shares. Im sure someone could explain the finer details.

In summary IF any person bought Kroenkes shares then after that they are legally obligated to offer the same price for all remaining shares to the shareholders of those shares, ofc it's up to the individual owners if they accept or not. It'd be down to them - then owning over a certain % of the shares thus triggering the obligation mate

Ah right. I thought if they bid for Kronke's shares and Krobke refused to sell, the potential buyers still had to bid for Usmanovs shares.

Why would Usmanov want to flush out potential buyers if he knows Kronke has no intention of selling?

PG: Why have the engines stopped?
Captain: Sorry to say Sir Philip we have run out of Fuel
PG: It's lucky we have the pension fund on board.
Captain: That's good I will get the coastguard to tow us to port so we can take on some fuel then.
PG: No that won't be necessary with the conversion I had done a while back...

Honestly mate, everything about it is just speculation or peoples theories.

What he has done though is kinda set a price above the market current rate for arsenal shares should anyone bid.

What he has done is opened the door for him to exit Arsenal at some point in the not too distant future. He can now leave with his conscience clear and an 'I tried and he wouldn't play ball' wave to the Arsenal fams.

And yes, I did mean fams lol

He will if he does leave have also now ensured an absolutely toxic relationship between Kroenke and the supporters, which given they'd be direct competition would be a good strategy to destabilize a rival...
