I think it is important that whoever we deal with, then we do so on our own terms. No reason why mutual self interest of Everton FC and a rich person interested in football could not occur.

My own opinion is that I really don't think Usmanov is coming on board for a few reasons and see this deal as strategy rather then anything. I think the best we can hope for are a few sweet heart deals of this nature and while I do believe Usmanov and Moshiri are working collectively to an extent I dont see Usmanov leaving Arsenal.
