With the old thing I could search for threads ive started, am I right in thinking I cant do that now? And also do you where I can view watched threads?

Theres literally a drop down menu at the top of the forum.

It is not terrible per se but dunno everything look big and different. Old version was all right. Nothing awful in particular now, maybe it is a question of getting used to.
Would it help if I displayed them side by side on images below?
Its the same software - very little has changed and what has, can be changed.
As is - your feedback isnt very constructive.

This was the first time I visited the site since this upgrade happend (was busy for a while) so maybe I overreacted a bit.
Well, I lack technical vocabulary atm to tell what looked different or worse. I would gladly tell more after I spend more time on.

Thanks mate, working away with a developer now. No rest for the wicked!
The main portal / website keeps giving me a 502 Bad Gateway error, and when it was working the graphics were hit and miss.
